My portfolio showcases many animals I’ve mounted for clients. Each specimen is mounted in a pose that is thoroughly discussed with the client. Commission a custom piece.
I accept animals from clients only when they are ethically sourced. They may be pets or bred animals that died a natural cause (e.g. age, disease, fractures), road kills, or animals that were legally hunted because of environmental considerations. No animal should be killed for the purpose of taxidermy.
When required, I apply for the necessary legal documents that go along with the preservation of an indigenous protected animal (through Agentschap Natuur en Bos) or wild or bred non-native CITES animal (through CITES).
